بتنزيل تطبيق ذهبي (Dhahbi) أو الوصول إليه أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، لا تستخدم التطبيق.
يوفر التطبيق معلومات أسعار الذهب والفضة، وحاسبات، وتتبع محفظة، وتنبيهات أسعار، وأدوات زكاة، ودليل محلات للاستخدام الشخصي في السعودية والأسواق المجاورة.
جميع الأسعار والحسابات والتنبيهات لأغراض معلوماتية فقط. التطبيق ليس وسيطاً أو تاجراً أو مستشاراً مالياً. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن قرارات الشراء والبيع والاستثمار.
يجب أن تقدم معلومات تسجيل دقيقة وتحافظ على أمان بيانات الدخول. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط تحت حسابك. يجب أن تكون بالسن الكافي للموافقة على هذه الشروط في بلدك.
قد تتغير ميزات وحدود Gold Pro. الاشتراكات المدفوعة (شهرياً أو سنوياً) تُدار عبر نظام Apple للشراء داخل التطبيق وتُفوتر من Apple وتتجدد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية من إعدادات App Store. يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من: الإعدادات ← Apple ID ← الاشتراكات. طلبات استرداد مشتريات App Store تتم عبر Apple.
تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي ترسله مثل قوائم المحلات والتقييمات والصور. تمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لاستضافته وعرضه ومعالجته لتشغيل التطبيق فقط.
توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق، أو إرسال معلومات محلات كاذبة، أو مضايقة الآخرين، أو محاولة وصول غير مصرح، أو الاستخدام لأغراض غير قانونية.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب التوفر» دون ضمانات من أي نوع، بما في ذلك دقة الأسعار أو استمرارية الخدمة، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الخسائر الناتجة عن الاعتماد على الأسعار أو التنبيهات أو معلومات المحلات.
قد نعلّق أو ننهي الوصول إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت وحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق.

By downloading, accessing, or using Dhahbi (Gold), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Dhahbi provides gold and silver price information, calculators, wallet tracking, price alerts, zakat tools, and a community shops directory for personal reference in Saudi Arabia and nearby markets.
All prices, calculations, and alerts are for informational purposes only. Dhahbi is not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor. You are solely responsible for purchase, sale, and investment decisions.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction.
Gold Pro features and limits may change. Paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system, billed by Apple, and auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be handled through Apple.
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as shop listings, reviews, and photos. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, submit false shop information, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of prices or uninterrupted service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses arising from reliance on prices, alerts, or user-submitted shop information.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within the app.
